Gaining insights about your past and healing your most vulnerable parts can enable you to lead a more joyful, fulfilling life, and feel more present in your relationships and your every-day.
My approach in therapy is warm, client-centered and collaborative. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to help each individual identify and work towards their own personal goals.
I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, and specialize in treating a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, relational trauma, grief, loss and adjustment issues involving some of life's hardest circumstances.
